Through to the State Round of the Mathematics Olympiad
Hugo Efrén Arroyo Cruz and Ximena Hernández Casanova came through the XL Mexican Mathematics Olympiad and qualified for the state competition, held on 28 August.
At level four of the same olympiad, Edward Yazid Martínez Martínez and Hugo Efrén Arroyo Cruz represented Campus Vista Hermosa. Reaching that level asks for discipline, ingenuity and a real appetite for a hard problem, and watching students commit to that is the best result we could ask for.
Our students at Campus Vista Hermosa also placed in the first stage of the National Women’s Competition of the Mexican Mathematics Olympiad. Congratulations to everyone selected.
