The Oxfordian School offers a comprehensive school transport service for its community. Our safe and reliable transportation has fully licensed and trained drivers designed to make the morning routine a little easier.

The neighborhoods where we provide service are;

  • Ruta 1: Vista Hermosa, Villa Florida, Valle Alto, Rincon del Valle, San Jose, Ampliacion Valle Alto
  • Ruta 2: Las Fuentes, Las Ceibas, Punta Norte, Aztlan, Haciendo Las Fuentes

If your neighborhood is not listed please contact us directly so we can help accommodate all of your transport needs.

As an eco-conscious school we ensure the most efficient routes to minimize emissions while delivering total peace of mind for parents and students.

The bus service runs at Campus Las Quintas and Campus Vista Hermosa. Routes are planned around distance and journey time, so your child’s address is reviewed before a place is confirmed.

How to Ask

Requesting a Place

The request is made at your campus, and the route is confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

Campus Las Quintas

Request the service at the Caja department, where you fill in the registration form in person.

Campus Vista Hermosa

Request the service using the digital form provided by the Maintenance department.

  • You ask — in person at Caja, or through the form, depending on your campus.
  • We review the address — the route is assessed for distance and journey time so the service works for everyone on it.
  • We call you — Coordinación de Mantenimiento confirms the place by telephone.
  • You pay — by transfer at Caja.
  • You receive a confirmation email — with the transport rules attached.

What We Ask of Families

The full rules come with your confirmation email. These are the points that matter most day to day.

Be there five minutes early

Students should be at the pick-up point at least five minutes before the scheduled time. If your child will not be travelling, let us know in advance.

Seated and belted

Students stay seated with their seat belt fastened for the whole journey. Headphones for any device, so the driver is not distracted.

Safe at the stop

Wait in a safe place, with an adult where possible, and never cross the road until the bus has come to a complete stop.

Nothing to eat or drink

Food and drink are not taken on board, and neither are dangerous objects.

An adult at drop-off

A parent or guardian should be at the drop-off point, particularly for younger children.

Tell us if things change

Let the school know about any change to your contact details, timings or circumstances that affect the journey.

Our drivers hold a licence specific to school transport and are trained in first aid and emergency response. They check the vehicle regularly, confirm every seat belt before setting off, and use the flashing lights and stop sign at each stop.
