Diana Rodríguez Bermea, An Example of Athletic and Academic Achievement

Diana Rodríguez Bermea is one of our most outstanding students, not only for her academic excellence but for her talent and discipline in the pool. She is currently in 12th grade at Las Quintas Campus, and over the years she has proved herself an exemplary athlete at the highest level of competition.
Among her achievements, Diana has competed in the Copa Dragones and Copa Tornados in Reynosa and Matamoros, Tamaulipas, and took second place at the Fiestas de Abril Swimming Tournament in Tampico. In the summer of 2024 she finished in the top three at the Summer State Championships in Ciudad Victoria, and she has also left her mark at the 2023 and 2024 Winter State Championships in Reynosa.
Further afield, she has represented the school at the 2nd Desafiando la Tolerancia UANL Tournament and the La Raza-ANENL Tournament, both in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Swimming is not only an individual sport. It is a discipline that rewards teamwork, a skill we work hard to build at The Oxfordian School and one Diana handles perfectly. As part of the Dragones team she has reached the podium on many occasions, and the team has been nominated for Team of the Year at the Municipal Sports Awards.
