Seeds Of Love
A Morning of Heartfelt Joy and Service

At The Oxfordian School, community service is far more than an obligation or a photo opportunity; it is a core expression of our mission to nurture individuals with a genuine humanitarian outlook.
Sixth grade students from Campus Vista Hermosa, in partnership with the Love Foundation, embarked on a meaningful visit to the local senior center (Casa Hogar del Adulto Mayor / Asilo Abuelos Reynosa). Designed to bring warmth and intergenerational connection to the residents, the morning turned into a beautiful celebration of shared laughter, storytelling, and mutual respect.
Highlights of the Experience:
- Meaningful Conversation: Moving seat to seat, students greeted every resident with warmth, sitting together to listen attentively to stories, experiences, and advice passed down through generations.
- Shared Moments & Snacks: The morning offered a relaxed, welcoming environment where students and seniors shared snacks, played games, and enjoyed each other’s company.
- Living Our Core Values: This encounter gave our students an opportunity to put empathy, respect, and solidarity into practice, proving that joy and human connection know no age limit.
By stepping beyond the classroom walls and actively engaging with our broader community, our sixth graders left a lasting mark of kindness and carried home a deeper appreciation for the wisdom and presence of our elders.
